Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines for large-scale data integration
- Develop interactive dashboards and KPI tracking systems using Tableau/Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and lead ad-hoc analytical projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical programming (Python/R)
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in data analytics or related field (e.g., CDA, AWS Data Analytics)
