Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to uncover trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product features
- Create comprehensive data reports translating findings into actionable recommendations for leadership
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data pipeline efficiency and quality
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling data storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data concepts
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Tableau Desktop) preferred
