Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data warehouses to support business reporting needs.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Document data models, methodologies, and analytical processes to maintain clear operational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for complex querying, window functions, and stored procedures.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and advanced analysis.
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
