Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to identify data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify root causes of business issues and propose data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, compelling manner.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data for non-technical audiences.
- Must be willing to work from our Detroit office (Hybrid/On-site required).
