Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis pipelines to extract, transform, and visualize complex datasets
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and ensure data accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI highly desirable
