Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data quality frameworks and governance protocols
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau or Power BI certification
- Strong statistical knowledge (regression, hypothesis testing)
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data visualization projects
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts
