Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical modeling and predictive analysis to identify market trends
- Collaborate with product teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- A/B test hypotheses and validate data integrity through rigorous QA processes
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with healthcare data
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Tableau
- Strong experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards
- Experience with AWS/GCP data warehousing solutions
