Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Build and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support reporting needs.
- Present data-driven recommendations to executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to drive strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Stats, CS).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis.
- Expert-level SQL knowledge.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
