Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Analysis: Gather, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that translate data findings into clear, executive-level business summaries.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define data requirements and support data-driven decision-making.
- Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various databases and ensure data integrity.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Programming: Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data manipulation and analysis is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and derive logical, actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
