Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time visibility into business operations.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic initiatives.
- Document data architecture and analytical processes to ensure knowledge transfer and system scalability.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences through compelling data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
