As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and executive strategy. You will lead analytical initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and work closely with product and marketing teams to optimize performance.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data models to support business intelligence needs.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into clear, concise recommendations.
- Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in executive meetings.
- Conduct A/B testing and predictive modeling to forecast market trends.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell a story with data.
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
