Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimize business outcomes
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with 3+ years in tech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design principles
- Proven track record translating complex data into business strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
