Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to uncover business trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track customer behavior metrics
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and reports
- Optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven impact in tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
