Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data reporting needs.
- Build interactive and intuitive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key business metrics for stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality through rigorous testing and validation protocols.
- Create comprehensive documentation for data models, reports, and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and experience with data modeling.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business recommendations.
