Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver insights
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product performance
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation practices
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects and impact-driven results
