Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and patterns
- Design and implement automated data pipelines for real-time reporting
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical approaches
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, actionable reports
- Develop statistical models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Maintain data quality standards and documentation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with large datasets
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience working with government or regulatory data preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Professional certification (e.g., CDA, PMP) a plus
