Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop automated reporting solutions
- Conduct A/B tests and cohort analyses to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Present data-driven insights to leadership through compelling visual narratives
- Implement data governance frameworks ensuring quality, security, and compliance
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (AWS/Azure analytics certs a plus)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects with measurable business outcomes
