Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to support executive decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and design data collection methodologies
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize business processes
- Create data pipelines and maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control measures
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visual storytelling and clear documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio of projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis background with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into data solutions
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
