Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create compelling visualizations and executive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to optimize product features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through data-driven storytelling
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality integrity
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to uncover growth opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analysis with financial services or fintech experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
