Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL and Tableau
- Analyze customer behavior patterns to inform marketing strategies and product development
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to support executive decision-making
- Implement data quality controls and validation frameworks
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for digital campaigns
- Maintain and optimize ETL pipelines for large-scale datasets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
