Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines using Python and SQL to process large-scale datasets
- Design interactive Tableau dashboards to track KPIs for product performance and user engagement
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to inform product optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical frameworks for business challenges
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visual narratives and data stories
- Implement data governance best practices to ensure data quality and compliance
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to uncover hidden opportunities in customer behavior data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Redshift)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating analytical projects with measurable business impact
