- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and reports
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for new features
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate business hypotheses
- Maintain data governance standards and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Expert knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
