Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL and Python to automate reporting processes
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and develop A/B testing frameworks
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through clear, concise storytelling
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
