Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to inform product optimization strategies
- Present insights to leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative-driven reports
- Mentor junior analysts and improve data governance frameworks
- Automate reporting workflows and optimize data pipelines for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into data solutions
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce industries preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
