Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using PostgreSQL and Snowflake
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and build automated reporting pipelines
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives and strategic recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of data governance practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis methods
- Advanced visualization skills with Tableau or Power BI, including complex dashboard development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing concepts
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
