Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and visualization tools
- Expertise in statistical analysis (regression, hypothesis testing, time-series)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Familiarity with Python/R for advanced analytics and data manipulation
