Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale financial datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Partner with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct A/B tests and cohort analyses to optimize user engagement
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Automate reporting workflows and maintain data integrity frameworks
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects addressing emerging business challenges
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with focus on financial services
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and big data tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
