Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and databases to support business requirements.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
