Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement analytics solutions
- Create automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time insights to stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and drive decision-making
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing concepts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
