Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale financial datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for new features
- Create statistical models to forecast market behaviors and customer acquisition
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data quality pipelines and optimize database performance
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools
- Experience with financial services or fintech data preferred
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI required
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical insights
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data storytelling projects
