Responsibilities
- Collect and clean data: Gather, merge, and clean datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI for executive stakeholders.
- Business Insights: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams.
- SQL Querying: Write efficient SQL queries to extract data from large databases and support ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is essential. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI) is a plus.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
