Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Develop and implement statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future trends and business outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and support A/B testing initiatives.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize operational workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis concepts, including A/B testing, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into analytical queries.
