Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and Power BI visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis to optimize marketing campaigns
- Create automated reporting pipelines using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and AWS services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct peer reviews for data quality assurance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of complex projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling skills (regression, clustering, time-series analysis)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (AWS Data Analytics preferred)
