Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in large-scale datasets
- Translate complex findings into executive-ready reports and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and data accessibility
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with government or policy focus
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and ETL processes
- Demonstrated experience with large datasets (10M+ records) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Excellent presentation skills with experience briefing executive stakeholders
