Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau to track KPIs across clinical operations
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analyses to identify trends in patient outcomes and service utilization patterns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions
- Design and implement data quality checks to ensure integrity of healthcare datasets
- Create executive-level presentations communicating complex findings through visual storytelling
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize healthcare delivery processes
- Maintain documentation of data methodologies and analytical workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression analysis and experimental design
- Expertise in data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant data handling and healthcare data standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
