Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud tools (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, actionable reports
- A/B test designs and implementation to optimize product features
- Automate reporting processes to enhance team efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with SaaS or tech companies
- Expert proficiency in SQL (advanced joins, window functions) and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
