Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data models to support business reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to identify data gaps and recommend technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for candidates in the tech industry.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
