Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Create automated data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility across departments
- Present complex analytical findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience working in agile environments with version control (Git)
