Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure accurate reporting and analysis
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership through compelling narratives
- Optimize database queries and improve data processing efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in A/B testing and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
