Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product performance metrics
- Translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional data projects collaborating with engineering, marketing, and product teams
- Maintain data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA)
- Mentor junior analysts through code reviews and best practice workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python/R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Proven experience with statistical modeling and experimental design
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
