Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Design interactive Tableau/Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance metrics and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to support product optimization and strategic initiatives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and visualizations
- Automate reporting processes using Python/R to enhance team efficiency and scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in Python/R for data manipulation and statistical modeling
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data technologies (Spark/Hadoop)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
