Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate business hypotheses
- Translate complex findings into executive-ready presentations for stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance protocols and documentation
- Partner with product teams to define analytics requirements and track success metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Proven track record of translating business questions into analytical solutions
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI (or equivalent)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
