Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and business insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop comprehensive reporting frameworks
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analyses to validate hypotheses and optimize product features
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, data-driven narratives and visualizations
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accessibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and predictive modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI highly desirable
