Responsibilities
- Drive Decision Making: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify key business metrics and develop data models that optimize operational efficiency.
- Data Visualization: Create intuitive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize trends and KPIs for executive leadership.
- Clean & Transform: Utilize Python and SQL to extract, clean, and structure massive datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to forecast trends, analyze customer behavior, and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and scripts to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytics role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business insights for non-technical audiences.
