Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast sales, churn, and market opportunities
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative reports
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy across all analytics outputs
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in B2B SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced skills in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) and ETL processes
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark/Hadoop)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical executives
