Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor real-time KPIs.
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and automate reports to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Information Systems.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and scripting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
