Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Partner with marketing/sales teams to quantify campaign effectiveness
- Document data processes and ensure data governance standards
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices and analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and A/B testing capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) data services
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate insights for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI preferred
