Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business questions into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all data repositories and reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and driving adoption of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
