Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies within the data.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team leads to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions to optimize business processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical results to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying, and experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Strong knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
