- Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences
- Create automated reporting pipelines to ensure real-time data availability
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in SaaS or healthcare technology
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Expertise in building scalable ETL pipelines using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant data handling preferred
